Price for 2 persons per night incl. WinePass which allows free use of all means of public transport in South Tyrol and other benefits.

“Gartenblick” (garden view) with 1 double room + sofa bed in the living room (max 4 persons)- request

Price for 2 persons per night incl. WinePass which allows free use of all means of public transport in South Tyrol and other benefits.

For each additional person we calculate a surcharge of 14,00 € (kids under 3 years free)
Travel bed and high chair available
Short stay supplement of 40,00 € for stays of less than 5 nights.

Pets are not allowed.

Terms and conditions

A deposit of 100-200 € is payable at the time of booking. Payment of this deposit secures your booking and confirms your acceptance of these terms and conditions.
In case of cancellation any deposit which has already been paid will not be refundable (art. 1385 Civil Code).

Local tax

Beginning on 1 January 2014, a local tax will be introduced in South Tyrol/Südtirol. The revenue from this local tax will be used for the expansion and maintenance of infrastructure and services, as well as for the organization of cultural and sports events. The local tax will be levied at all lodging establishments, on a per- guest and per-overnight-stay basis. The amount is contingent upon the category of the establishment. (Apartment: 1,10 € per person and day)Children and adolescents under 14 years of age are exempt from levy. The local tax is payable upon departure and is listed separately on the invoice.
